Switching from GBM to Skilled Worker Visa for Settlement Path

Hello,

I’m currently on a Global Business Mobility visa, valid from October 2022 to October 2025. I’ve recently realized that this visa doesn’t lead to settlement. By October 2025, I will have completed 3 years of residence in the UK. I’m now exploring whether it’s better to extend my GBM visa or switch to the Skilled Worker route. I’d really appreciate insights from anyone who has faced a similar situation or considered switching routes after a few years in the UK.
