20 years residency vs flr (fp) Parent route

I have been in the uk for 19 years now and my application was unlawfully withdrawn by my ex wife, on the bad advice by a HO caseworker. The HO apologised, in 2019 after I lodged a JR against them and set me on a 10 year route

I have completed 6.5 years out of the 10 years flr-fp renewal

My daughter is 16

Would I qualify for ILR on 20 years or will have to complete the 10 years which would take me to 24 years ??? Before I finally get ILR ?

Would I qualify for ILR on 20 years

20 years of illegal+legal residence, does not lead to ILR, but to a 10 year FLR(FP) pathway to ILR.

If you are already on another FLR(FP) pathway, you will get to the end of the 10 year legal residence pathway to ILR faster if you stay the course.
