Mother Visit Visa Refused - 2nd time

Post by Kringo7777 » Fri Aug 01, 2025 1:56 pm

Hi, I will be really gratefull if you can advise. I am British national and sponsored my Mother for Visit visa from Pakistan. I provide my statements “ Enough Savings 20k” and salaries slip from Council. On top of that my mirtgage statement and payslips. My brother “ Reside in Saudia” also provide his Job ketter , Payslips, cross refrenced bank statement as he is sending the money annyally , which was send last year , provided my mother and his statement as well. We also provide property document owned by my mother and Her bank statement showing more than 2m pakistani rupees which was sent by my brother. We explained in cover letter that “ One of my sister” lives witn my mother, the other 2 lives near by. We got refused , abd the letter is not making any sense, I have written to the MP as well and thinking to go to Pre Action Protocol, She was refused in 2016 and we did not reapply after but in July 25, we mentiond she was refused, Nothing we hide, on top of that, My mother frequently stays in Sauduua with his son and always returned in time. I will be cery gratefull to you if you can advise or make me ynderstand if we dont choose PAP what extra document we can provide? to over come below refusal points. Or there is a strong case of PAP success? I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of paragraph(s) V4.2 to V4.6 of Appendix V: Visitor because
• You state you intend to visit the UK for a 17-day family visit. I have recognised the
importance of family visits and have carefully considered your application. However,
the onus is on you, the applicant, to show that you meet the requirements of the
immigration rules based on your overall personal circumstances and that you will
comply with all the conditions associated with any visa. To come to my decision, I have
considered, not only the information submitted in your visa application, but all the
documents you have provided regarding your circumstances.
• You state you are unemployed, with an annual allowance of 2,040,000.00 PKR
(£5,405.76) from family. To support your application, you have submitted your personal
bank statement (account number ending 2097), a sponsorship declaration, land
documents, your sponsor’s bank statement and other documents.
• I have considered the documents and information you have provided about your
personal and economic circumstances. The documents provided do not demonstrate
the current whereabouts of any immediate or extended family members, who may be
remaining upon your departure. I acknowledge the cover letter from your son. The
documents you have provided demonstrate that you are supported from outside your
home country. This means you can be supported anywhere in the World. On the
balance of probabilities I am not satisfied that you have demonstrated that you have
ties to your home country which would encourage you to leave should you be granted
entry to the UK.(I guess this is main refusal poiny but it makes sense, we did write in cover letter that a daughter lives with her and 2 are married lives near by- Son is responsible cor sending money - which is normal in Pakistan”)
• In assessing your entry clearance application, I have considered all of the documents
and information provided against the requirements of Appendix V and have also taken
into account the published Visit guidance. The guidance indicates a number of factors
which can help assess if an applicant is a genuine visitor, including but not limited to
the following:
• their financial circumstances as well as their family, social and economic background
• their personal and economic ties to their country of residence
• The concerns noted in the paragraphs above mean that I am not satisfied that you
have accurately declared your personal and financial circumstances, which in turn
means I am not satisfied on the balance of probabilities that you are a genuine visitor.
While I note the information you have provided your purpose of travel, I am not satisfied
that these other factors outweigh the concerns noted above. Therefore, I am not

satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor and that you will leave the
UK at the end of your visit. Your application is therefore refused under paragraphs
V4.2 (a) and (c) of the Immigration Rules.

You have to provide evidence of everything you state in your application - so you need to prove your sisters live with/near your mother.
