Processing Time and IELTS

Hi
I am indian but living in uk on psw visa. I want to apply for Highly skilled migrant program. I want to know, how long it takes to process application. My occupation is in skilled list.
and also i have done ielts. How can i calculate points for my language. I have got 7 bands in 2 sections, 6 in one and 5 in one. I am confused how can i calculate my marks.
