UK ENIC Status: Awaiting VTU Confirmation – What Can Be Done?

Hello everyone,
I’m currently going through the UK ENIC (Ecctis) qualification recognition process and have received an update stating that they are awaiting confirmation of the authenticity of my qualification from the institution.
I have already emailed VTU’s Registrar and Registrar (Evaluation) offices to request that they process the verification promptly. However, I haven’t yet received any confirmation that they have responded to ENIC.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation with VTU or another Indian university? Is there anything else I can do from my end to help expedite this process or ensure VTU responds within the 20 working days?
Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.
