ILR Application Earliest Date - different & Urgent Scenario

Dear Team,

I hope you're all doing good. I've few questions regarding my ILR application as follows,

Earliest ILR Application Date: - I have had my ICT PBS dependent Visa and switched in country (due to travel disruptions in COVID times) to Tier 2 General (Skilled Worker) during COVID time as follows,
CoS Issue date : 15/09/2020
CoS End date : 15/09/2025
Application Submitted Date : 17/09/2020 & Biometric completed around 23/09 to 25/09 through IDV App
Visa Issue date: 09/10/2020 (Is the decision date as well)
Visa Expiry date: 15/09/2025

I've few questions please kindly help
1. When Is the latest I can apply ? Is it 11/09/2025 ? cannot I apply little early as my dependents visa also expires by 15/09/2025 as they need to extend their SW dependent visa as they are not qualified for ILR now.
2. If I apply 11/09/2025 - Shall I go for Priority service to get decision on next day ? which will work or It won't as I am not completed the full 5 years of Qualifying period?
3. Cannot I apply by now on 18/08/2025 which 28 days before my current visa expiry ?
4. By any chance do I need to delay my Bio-metric registration to Quality for 5 years?

What is the best option in place for successful ILR application and followed by Dependent visa extension?

Also, Regarding the Salary requirements, I was paying only £32000 as per SOC2010 for SOC Code 2137 initially on 15/09/2020 (Before April 2024), to meet new salary threshold,

Scenario: As per new SOC2020 - the roles comes under 2136 which is £34,500 for 37.5 Hours but increasing to £36,800 for 40 hours - this will effect from 24 Aug 2025 Salary
1. Is it fine to supply a month Salary Slip only along with Bank Statements?
2. as per my understanding the Lower Threshold of SOC2136 should meet as the CoS has been issued before 2024 April ( 15/09/2020). Please confirm this?

Please advice, I can read most of the stories are successful from the comments and topics - I came to know this page very late else I would have posted long back.

Visa expiry is irrelevant. Earliest date of ILR eligibility for you: 17/09/2020 + 5 years - 28 days as you benefit from COVID concession in place. This means you can apply and get ILR now.

Depending on your actual work hours, the annual salary should be pro-rated.
The Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes assigned to each role have been simply updated from the 2010 codes to the 2020 codes, so your old SOC and the new 2020 SOC should effectively refer to the same role/title. You should use the equivalent 2020 SOC to determine your salary requirement for ILR. Enter your job title on the CASCOT occupation coding tool to find out the correct SOC 2020.

1. I was browsing regarding the covid concession but looks like its been withdrawn on 15th Oct 2025 ( as outlined here : https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... accessible) - Could you please help confirm this is still valid? or am I referring incorrect page?

2. Online and Gov site refers the full 5 years qualifying period considering the visa issue date and not application date. Do you mean due to COVID time frame, application date 17/09/2020 has been used for calculation as mentioned my Visa start date is from 09/10/2020. Could you please confirm this?

3. my employer is increased my Salary from Aug this month to meet Salary criteria for my application due to recently changes 22 july, Is this fine to have only one month Salary Receipts and Bank statement ?

1. I was not talking about the Covid Visa Concession Scheme. I was talking about a specific concession under the skilled worker rules.

Just couple of questions,
1. Shall I go with Priority service based on the application dates provided that is eligible for now? I would need to wait for Aug Salary to be credited on 24th and possibly the 25th is a date I'm planning to submit my application.

2. Do I need to wait for this ILR outcome to submit my dependent visas or I can do it along with ILR application using the application reference?
3. Do I need to write a cover letter for main applicant to point out the COVID concession ?
4. Finally, Do I need to provide the covering letter to relate ILR application, whistle applying for Dependent visa for my spouse and children?

1. Yes, why not ?
2. You can all apply together in one SET(O) application
3. Not really. The UKVI knows the rules
4. No. However, note that the rules do not offer that concession for the dependants. However, people who have applied together reported that they were successful in securing ILR. The choice to apply together is yours. Alternatively, they can apply later after you get ILR

I've switched from ICT Dependent to T2G/SW in as mentioned above after completing the 3.5 years as ICT dependent to SW/T2G as follows,

Initial Visa - Entered UK in ICT Dependent on 01/07/2017 until Switching In country as mentioned in my first post, as follows,

CoS End date : 15/09/2025
Application Submitted Date : 17/09/2020 & Biometric completed around 23/09 to 25/09 through IDV App
Visa Issue date: 09/10/2020 (Is the decision date as well)
Visa Expiry date: 15/09/2025

My Partner Partner(ICT Main applicant) & Children (ICT dependent) stayed in for 5 years and then switched as T2G/SW dependent after completing their visa fully (as there as no choice)

Now they are my dependent for around 3.5 years as SW dependent & I completed 5 years by 15/09/2025. So they are not completed fully 5 years as my SW dependent as ICT periods won't be considered.

So the plan is as follows,

1. I (SW main applicant) will be applying ILR application by 25th August once Aug month payslip generated and paid to my bank account.
2. Since my partners are not completed the 5 years - They are planning to apply for SW PBS Dependent along with my ILR application (using application reference and other required details - I am not too sure what are all the details needed to relate both applications)
3. Since SW PBS dependent will be extended min 3 years ill be applying up to 3 years options
4. Once my partner and children completed the 1.5 years in ( above #3) - will be applying the ILR either 5 years route as dependent or 10 years route whichever is easier in terms of documentations.

Initially I didn't provide all these past details and visa details as I don't to confuse Zimba.

Is it my understanding correct or are there any easier route to apply for them? Could you please suggest ?

Since they are not eligible for ILR now, I think we cannot use SET(o)?

The error was that they did not switch their visa in 2020 in line with yours, as they could have settled with you now.
Note that the Tier 2 PBS system has been gone for years. They will have to extend under 'the skilled worker dependant' route. The UKVI will hold their application until your ILR is decided. You do not need to link anything.
They will get a fixed visa for 3 years. They can settle when they become eligible after 1.5 years or under any route that they are eligible for.
