Dependant visa After main applicant get ILR

My wife and Children were granted dependant Visa when I extended my Skilled Worker Visa and is Valid until 14 September 2026. I now have indefinite leave to remain, what happens to their dependant Visa if I change Employer?

Nothing happens to their visas.

They are deodnwnt on YOU, NOT your employer.
