Can a person re-apply for Uk Tier 1 Visa if rejected on first attempt?

Or along with refusal do they ban for some period?

You can apply again as and when you please. There is no waiting period as such.

You can reapply whenever you are ready with all the required evidence. BUT it is a requirement that you MUST send again ALL the documents you had sent with the initial application that got rejected. If you do not include all the documents, no matter how irrelevant they were to the application, the new one will be automatically rejected. Better keep them safe! Good Luck.
