Late report changes in company directorship the Home Office

Hello all! I am now on skilled worker visa.
I recently discovered that my employer did not inform the Home Office about the change in company director that occurred a year ago.

The changes in directorship did not affect shareholding and were solely recorded with Companies House. Unfortunately, my employer still haven't informed the Home Office. Since it has been over a year since our last report, what should we do now? Will the sponsor license be downgraded or even revoked immediately if we report now?
