When does each year gets reset during the VISA so it doesn't affect ILR clock

I came to UK in Feb 2022 and then I went back to home for a few months in June 2024 to September 2024.

I want to know when will year get reset so I can go back to home country.

The rules is no more than 180 days in ANY 12 month period.

For ILR, you would need to count backwards from the date you intend to apply to work it out.

I applied in October 2021 and was granted in December 2022. but can in Feb 2022. so that means

December 2022 to December 2023
December 2024 to December 2025
December 2025 to December 2026

OR

Februrary 2022 to Februrary 2023
Februrary 2024 to Februrary 2025
Februrary 2025 to Februrary 2026

The absences are counted as any 12-month period on a rolling basis, without a fixed start or end date.
