PBS dependant long after main applicant on ILR

Dear Mods,

presenting a time line of application history, would appreciate if some one could suggest whether we can apply as PBS dependant, again to fill some 8 months of requirement, before ILR eligibility.

Now, can I apply again via the same route (PBS dependant), we have some 08 more months required to be eligible.

Apply as skilled worker dependent . It will be a 3 year extension.

thank you for your response, do we pay for full 3 year IHS surcharge ?
wondering if a pay 1 year IHS ? we get no more than 1 year grant ?

You have to pay for 3 years. You cannot choose less time.

The 3 year extension is determined by the immigrarion rules. There is no discretion for a lesser time.
