Hi
I got spouse visa in 2march08 came uk 16 april06. my husband send me bk to india july06 cum bk uk 7sep06. live separet try to patch up bt small reconsile between us bt i m not living in matrimonial home. After more violence I left him forever without telling where i am. I find job made id's after time cum near for visa expiry i aplied DV Application march07 since 11 months running no reply meanwhile i got divorce. My question is HO give me PR or to memove me I paying tax. All Id's having driving licence.
My 2nd query is divorce case effected to my immigration case my case was undefended because of no money for defended./under pressure.
How will take long 4 my application. I couldn't get my finance bk from gim until any way to get bk my marriage things my jewellary etc. Is my parent india can do againsst them. My husband is already twicely married in uk and involved in rape case arrested bt not convicted. Do you help me i visited many organisation endless i m helpless. i m depression patient also my job employer harrassed me what shall i do when my life runing smoth could ypu give me any directions.

Milli, can you provide an exact timeline of when you obtained your visas (start/expiry dates), when you entered the UK, how long you have been here, and when you sent your applications to the Home Office. Have you had any contact with the Home Office since applying? Did you report your husband for domestic violence (police records, statement, follow-up)?

My visa start 16/3/06 valid untl 16/3/08. I applied dv application on 7/3/08. Further I did n't contact HO yet after getting HO receipt acknowledgement. I have crime reference report against my husband but under husband pressure threating to parents in india i withdrawn my report with this reason.but police make a report for support of my immigration application. I don't know is that report showing violence or not because i reported little while later as I was so scared and alone. black sister even give supporting letter when i visit there and showing my body marks. I have reports conselling, doctor,police,from black sister etc organisation plus from india police officer which showed i was victim and my aged parents can't take me back. dont know is that report showed victim or not.
here my total living time is 2years 9 months.I am paying tax full time job worker.If you help me in this matter i will b very grateful to you. How long my application take. IS THERE NEED TO CONTACT HO.

Is my divorced effected my immigration matter. because my husband put petetion first. my divorec was undef.due to no enough money.

I think you should make a follow up with the HO, but first you need to seek legal advise. Look for a solicitor, or if you cannot afford one, contact your nearest CAB or Immigration Advisory Service. Your MP might also be able to contact the HO on your behalf.

Be sure to obtain all the information from the police about this.

Do you have your passport? Did you put your husband's address or another address on your application?

My passport is with HO. Because of tension I don't remember is I put my husband address or not . Dont know is I put sum1 address or not.

I need 1 more query please? Is any another way to get visa? only way to remarry. If remarry what is the procedure. Have to go back india.

If you mean marriage of convenience, then if (when) you get caught, you would have to leave the country and face a possible ban. So I suggest that you think of another 'way to get a visa'.

Follow up on your application before doing anything else.

I just wait this month meanwhile try to chase up my application.

Could you suggest me what is the other way to get visa here. because I have no one in india who support me. First my husband spoil my dream life time now HO spoiling my rest of life time. After waiting like my type of people no way to left.
Help me and suggest me plz wht to do rest of chasing the application.

hi,

with ur advice i been to solicitor and discussed my application status he said u should sit calm and cool. Take a time ths is good 4 u.

But he dont understd my emotions.

can uhelp me i got divorced is ths effected to immigration case.

can u help me is any organisation who help me to get bk money from my husband whic spend on marriage any way my jewlellery everything with him hhow can i get bk help me plz
