Please help-FLR FP

I want to apply for my FLR FP extension. I was granted Family member as a parent visa for both myself and spouse despite applying on private life visa. We were granted leave on the basis of our British chidren. Now that I want to extend our Visa, as a couple. What do I select from the list in the form for the basis of my application - (A)Parent
(B) Other family member
(C) I am not applying as a family member - I am only applying on the basis of my private life.
I am asking this because I read parent route is for single parent.
