Dependant English requirement

Hi,
I am on skilled visa since July 2024 as a Chef. Looking to apply my wife and kids on dependant now.

Does my wife need to submit English language (if yes which level)?

Also, can I use the old occupation code which I had in 2024 because the rules has now removed the existing occupation code.
