Polish permanent residency question

Hello everyone,

I am a British citizen currently holding a Polish temporary residence card obtained through marriage. My wife and I have been married for over three years and I have lived in Poland for over two years, meaning that I qualify for permanent residency and I have my Permanent Residency application meeting scheduled for April.

However, my wife and I are currently about to initiate divorce proceedings and I am wondering if this will affect my application?

Is there anyone that could help with this?
