Hi i was married in the UK and then got divorced. I never register that marriage nor divorce in pakistan. I also have 2 kids in the UK which I never register them with pakistan as their mum is English and would have never allowed me to take them pakistan anyway.
Now I married a paksitan girl and want to apply for her visa to uk I went to union council and register the nikah and now I realised it say in my relationship status as unmarried which would be as I never register my wedding nor previous divorce.
Will this be a problem when applying for Spouse visa if the MRC shows my status as unmarried ? Technically I was unmarried after divorce anyway coz I think it was for people with 2nd wife maybe. The clerks never ask me any details just register and give me the certificate which I took and later realised this point do I need to change it or is it OK?
