Ive applied for my tier 1 on 27th dec, im on hsmp (expiring oct 09) . The thing which is worrying me now is, i filled the initial application - switching part coz i thought extension application is valid only 6 weks before...will tht effect my application at all??....i filled all the criteria for initial application...thts not an issue....but im worried whether they'll reject my application....saying tht hsmpians can only extend and not SWITCH
