Huge increases in visa wait times

What's going on in the Department of Justice? I'm including here a chart of how visa wait times have increased for visas sent to the Dublin office for examination. Since 2023, the published wait times for Join Family visas have increased from less than one year to over two years. Almost across the board wait times have multiplied. Does anyone have any idea of what's driving this deterioration in service level?

Too many untrained officers. EU Treaty Rights Visa is one of the simplest but for that also they are asking unnecessary documentation. This obviously increses processing time
