Check the ILR application eligibility of my dependents

Hi,

I came to the UK in 20-Apr-2021 with my dependents (wife and 2 kids) on skilled worker visa.

But due to health issues of my father in law, my wife was out of UK from 10-May-2022 till 28-Jan-2023 along with my kids. My kids are of 10 and 4 years old.

My wife is a single child so she went to India to take care of her father as he had cardiac arrest.

I'm completing my 5 years in Apr-2026 and eligible for ILR however my wife and kids are not completing 5 years of continuous residence in UK due to the above gap

I just want to check if my dependents are eligible to apply ILR along with me in case we show the medical report of my wife's father.

Other might see this differently, but I believe your wife's continuous residence is broken. She cannot apply for ILR next year. Prolly not till 2028.
The children cannot apply either because of your wife. Not because they've been out.

Both parents should have ILR or applying for it for kids to benefit from that.
