10 Year ILR address proof requirement

While applying for 10 year ILR route, do I need to submit address proof for all 10 years? I was staying in shared accommodation for most of the time.
In March-2024 I moved to an individual apartment and will be able to show address proof (utility bills). If I apply for ILR 10 year route in December-2025, is it enough if I show address proof from March-2024?

I moved to UK in December-2015 and will be eligible for ILR in couple of months (10 year route). I am currently in 5 year Skilled Worker Visa expiring in August-2027. My dependents moved to UK in July-2024 on skilled worker dependent visa and have validity till August-2027. If I apply for ILR 10 year route, what are the options available for my dependent.

1) Will they be able to continue in skilled worker dependent Visa?
2) Can they apply for skilled worker dependent visa extension when their current one expire?
3) Can my dependents apply for ILR, after completing 5 year in UK or do they need to wait for 10 years, since I applied for ILR through the 10 year route?

I am little confused regarding the documents required for applying ILR 10 year route, when I check gov.uk site, it says mandatory document are all passports held during 10 year period, latest BRP and eVisa. It also mentioned about additional documents to be submitted based on individual circumstance, this part is not clear. I moved to UK December-2015 in ICT-short term for 1 year, then moved to ICT-long term for 5 years and then switched to skilled worker visa, I was employed for the whole duration till date.

My family joined me as skilled worker dependent around June-2024.

I have utility bills only for the past 18 months.

What are the additional documents that I will need to submit in addition to passport and BRP, any guidance on this will be very helpful?

This is common knowledge that the online list is not accurate at all and it is generic. Only the passports covering the last 10 years are needed. No need to send bills, etc. You also do not need to send any documents regarding your family, they have nothing to do with your application

Thank you so much for your reply, In my passport I could not find the Immigration stamp for the last entry to UK. I have given my passport along with 3 passport of my family members to the immigration officer, I can find entry stamp in my family members passport but looks like they missed to stamp my passport.

Will this be a problem for my ILR application?
Do I need declare this in my ILR application?

UKVI relies on their systems to see exit and entry records. Exit checks were introduced more than 10 years ago so they do not need to even see your passport to access this data at all. They may only make look at the passport as the last resort.

I came to UK on 29/11/2015 on ICT short term Visa valid for 1 year until 24/11/2016.
I left UK to apply for ICT long term Visa on 19/11/2016.
I got my ICT long term Visa on 29/12/2016 and travelled to UK on 08/01/2017.

Now there was a period in between where I had no valid Visa, between 25/11/2016 and 29/12/2016, but I was outside the UK at that time.

So in this case am I eligible to apply for ILR from 29/10/2025 (10 year - 30 days), (provided I do not spend 548 days outside the UK in total, with no single absence longer than 184 days) or should I need to exclude the period I do not had a valid from my calculation and say I am eligible for 10 year ILR only from mid of December 2025?

That time is counted as allowable absence from the UK. The fact that you did not have Visa in that period is irrelevant

While preparing the application, on the list of documents to be submitted, one such document was evidence to prove relation ship with my Wife, Marriage certificate and correspondence addressed to us jointly to cover the last two years.

My wife moved to UK in July-2024 and I have council tax bill with both our names from July 2024 but that does not cover the last two years. Could you please let me know if this is ok, though they ask for last two years since my wife moved to UK only 1.5 years ago, am I ok to submit the proof for only last 1.5 years instead of 2 years?
