Clarification on 10 Year Route Long Residence and 5 Year route ILR on this circumstance

Can you please advise based on below VISA and Entries, can I be eligible for 10 Year ILR by 29th January 2026 (Short Term VIsa, Long term TIer 2 ICT and Tier 2 Skilled Worker VISA) or has to wait for 5 year ILR route until January 2027?
Also may I know on the 5 years Tier 2 skilled worker visa, will this be applicable from the day the VISA issued or from the day the Employment started as there is a 45 days difference between them the Third VISA as below.

First VISA: Tier 2 ICT Short Term VISA Migrant Issued: 17th Jan 2016 to 16th Jan 2017
Entered UK: 29 Jan 2016
Left UK: 6 Jan 2017
First Tier 2 visa expired: 16th Jan 2017

New CoS issued: 14 Mar 2017
Second visa stamped: Tier 2 Long Term ICT 19 May 2017 and valid until 28th March 2022
Re-entered UK: 10 Jun 2017
Continuously in UK since: 10 Jun 2017

Third Visa: Switched to Tier 2 Skilled worker VISA : VISA issued 18th January 2022 in UK
VISA End date is 14th March 2027
Work Start date on Tier 2 Skilled worker visa: 1st March 2022
