Indian Passport Surrender - Change of Appearance

Hi all

An unusual question regarding Indian passport surrender with change of appearance. I have recently stopped wearing a turban, so the photos on my Indian passport (with turban) and British passport (without turban) are different.

Do I need to submit a change of appearance form along with my Indian passport surrender application? Has anyone else had a similar experience with different appearance in both passports due to any reason? If yes, what did you do?
