I am assisting a family member with a UK visa application, and the situation is as follows:
They are currently on a Health and Care Worker visa, but their sponsor’s licence was revoked in October 2025.
They have since obtained a new Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) from a different employer for the same role as a care worker, with the same occupation code (6135).

Extend your visa
Update your visa if you change job or employer
Could you please advise which option should be selected in this situation?
