Hi,
I have completed 10 years in UK. Overall only 156 days outside UK (counted all the holidays and tours outside UK).
I have 9 driving points.
I don't have rent agreement from 2015 and 2016 as I was staying in shared house. For 2017 onwards, I have all the house rent agreements.
I have all the required documents including:
- all the visa details (Tier 2 ICT, Tier 2 ICT Dependent and Tier 2 Skilled Visa),
- all travel dates,
- English language certificate at level C from ECCTIS,
- all the payslips,
- bank statements,
- all visa and BRPs,
- letter from my company showing I work with them, date from when I am working and yearly package
Is 10 year ILR application easier compared to 5 year route?
Given all the above details, can you please suggest if I should submit my ILR application on my own OR is going with solicitor suggested?
I am just trying to guage whether to go with solicitor or submit the application on my own.
Thanks
