10 Year ILR address proof requirement

I have one more question, my family joined me as skilled worker dependent and my employer have paid for their dependent visa and their Visa is valid until August-2027.
I believe even after getting my ILR their Visa will still be valid until August-2027?
If I change my employer after getting ILR, what will happen for my dependents Visa, will it be cancelled since my employer paid for their Visa and I changed employment?

Nothing happens to their visas, they remain valid until expiry date.

Who paid for their visa is irrelevant.
