Yes, it will be OK. However, note that she can only apply for ILR on her own using form SET(LR). The child must apply separately using form SET(LR) or SET(F)

Thanks for confirming, Zimba. Is there any disadvantage here? I suppose my spouse and my 2 children will have to apply separately using set LR, as their dates are exactly same. They will end up having 3 separate applications with separate biometric appointments to be booked. Is that the disadvantage here? But, hopefully not much documentation here, which is an advantage. Just passports & Life in the UK (for my spouse). Rest everyhting were already provided in earlier applications. I suppose they all can apply on the same dates as well.

Hi Zimba,

I am now uploading the documents, for separate LR applications.
For my spouse only passports & consent form.
For my children, passports & consent forms with both part A & B signed by both parents I suppose. Anything else required for them? Checklist has too many documents.

Letter of consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s)
A letter of consent that confirms:
the relationship between you and your parent(s)/legal guardian(s)
consent from your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) to the application
consent from your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) to the living arrangements in the United Kingdom and
the address where you will be staying
whether one or both of your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) have responsibility for you
Both parents/legal guardians must sign the letter of consent, except where only one parent/legal guardian has sole responsibility for you.

- Is this just the consent form PART B? Am I confused that it needs a separate form with proofs for these?

Documents supporting my other reasons to stay in the UK
