ILR from GTV

Post by academic711 » Wed Feb 25, 2026 10:09 am

Hello,
I am asking this question on behalf of a friend. She recevied GTV on 2nd Feb 2026 and have been in the country on SWV since August 2022, hence she has completed 3 years required to apply for ILR. However, while applying for ILR, she did not add her salary evidence earned post GTV grant. Now the Home Office has asked her to either provide the earning evidence or to withdraw the application. Her concern is that whether one salary slip showing earning post GTV- which was awarded earlier this month- will suffice? Although it is clear there is no minimum money earned requirement when apply for ILR based on GTV- but any advice on this will be helpful and reassuring? will it be okay to provide on salary slip or should she withdraw and maybe apply again in a few months?
Thank you

One payslip after GTV grant should be enough.
