Hello everyone,
I have a slight complex visa history, and would genuinely appreciate any insights on my ILR eligibility.
1. Tier 4 Student Visa -> 24 September 2015 to 10 August 2016
Did a foundation year at University
2. Tier 4 Student Visa -> 12 September 2016 to 19 August 2019
For a 3 year Bachelor's degree. However, my sponsorship was withdrawn by my University as I had to interrupt my studies in 2018; the withdrawal date of report is 3 October 2018 and the effective date of report is 24 September 2018. I was notified by my University of this in November 2018, and I left the UK on 2 January 2019.
3. Short-Term Student Immigration Permission -> granted 4 August 2019 with 6 months validity.
I had to come back to sit for summer exams, I left 22 September 2019. I returned to the UK as a tourist for a few months to sort out some admin matters in late October, and left during COVID lockdown in March 2020.
4. Tier 4 Student Visa -> 27 October 2020 to 4 October 2021 (extended to 25 October 2021 as I was applying for graduate visa)
Came back to complete my final year of my Bachelor's degree
5. Graduate Visa -> 25 October 2021 to 21 October 2023
6. Skilled Worker Visa -> 5 September 2023 - Current
I am currently sponsored by my company and am currently up for renewal as it expires this September.
I have been in the UK continuously since 2nd November 2020, and would really like some insight on my eligibility for ILR. I hold Singapore citizenship, have a Bachelors degree, and am currently doing a Masters degree part time.
I would genuinely appreciate any guidance. Thank you very much!
