Set M checklist

Hi all! I am just about to apply for ILR set M. After filling the form, I noticed that letters for cohabitation was not included in the checklist. I have tried to fill out another form and am still getting the same thing. Also, proof of English (I am relying on my Degree Certificate for that) was not included. I just want to be sure if this is the same for others.

The checklist is generic and may not be accurate. Both must be provided
