ILR for Kids

Post by Bhanupeddi » Sat Mar 14, 2026 10:37 pm

To get kids ILR they need to go for 5 years stay or if Parents gets ILR and kids completes 4 years 9 months then can we apply ILR for kids ? or we will have to apply for kids 28 days before visa approved date? in my case kids visa approved date is July 8th and parents gets ILR in April.

Children do not have an ILR residence requirement, they qualify for ILR when BOTH parents settle.
They can get ILR either with the parents or after them

Yes. It is irrelevant how long they have been here, as I said.
Add the children in your ILR application
