3 month old baby visa application enquiry ?

Hi,

I have a 1 month old baby who will be 3 months old when I apply for both the baby, and her mother (my wife) visa application.

I read the requirements and it asks for the child's passport submission, which I have not applied for yet. I have 3 questions in this regard..

1) Can the application be made without the baby's passport ?
2) After submission in AVATS, do I get 2 different applications for document submission (in other words do I need 2 appointments in VFS)
3) Do I need to submit dual copies of sponsor documents, 1 for my wife, 1 for the baby ?

Does anyone know how to get a passport for a 3 month baby residing in Pakistan with only 1 parent present in Pakiatan ?
