ILR Priority Service Delay

My application was submitted using the priority service, with an expected decision timeframe of 5 working days.

On 11 March 2026, I received a request for additional information regarding my children’s safeguarding. I provided all requested documents on the same day.

On 19th March 2026, after following up on my application, I received the exact same request again. I immediately re-submitted the documents.

This indicates that either my original submission was not properly recorded or has not been reviewed. Despite complying promptly with all requests, my application has not progressed. Still waiting for decision. Did anyone faced similar situation?

Once these requests for further information happen, the priority service timeframes no longer apply. This has happened to many. The priority service is not guaranteed.

You should receive a response soon, just need to wait to hear back.
