Good afternoon, member,
Please l need help with the correct form to fill out for my ILR, which is due in May. I was on a 5-year route, but due to an error in my pay details, my visa was refused, and upon appeal was granted a 10-year route as a family member, as a partner. My question here is which of the form is apply to me to use for my visa application. Please kindly assist me
