Earliest eligible date for ILR : Granted date or Issue date

Hi All,
Please help with the query .

1. Skilled worker visa granted decision email received on 05 May 2021 at 8 AM. But the place and issue date on the BRP is 06 May 2021.

Should I calculate the eligibility date starting from 05 May / 06 May?

28 days early window :
starts April 07 calculating eligibility from 05 May 2021.
starts April 08 calculating eligibility from 06 May 2021.

Why I’m interested to apply on April 07:

There will be an increase in ILR fee around £200 for each application starting April 08 ,2026. It is significant raise for a family. However. I like to understand is it worth to take the risk as Home office won’t refund if the ILR application rejected for applied too early .

Back ground: First arrival to UK on ICT visa on 2019.
Skilled worker visa application made inside UK.

The date you apply for ILR has little relevance on your eligibility, the application can be done even today. Just ensure the ILR decision is taken on or after the date above (06 May 2021 + 5 years - 28 days).

I’m getting mixed answers . Some sources said the Visa granted email received is when the eligibility starters. Can you provide any reference link to understand the rules. TIA !
