Skilled worker dependent visa extension where main applicant has received ILR

Hi Team,

I recently moved to Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) status; however, my wife’s current dependent visa expires on May 9, 2026, and she will not be eligible for her own ILR until August 2026.

We are currently completing her extension application under the Skilled Worker Dependent route. As the "Main Applicant" has transitioned to ILR, we would appreciate clarification on the following sections of the application to ensure consistency:

Does X already have their Skilled worker visa? Yes
Do you know X's visa end date? If yes, What is the end date of X's visa?
Do you have X's UAN?
What is X's UAN?

Does X have a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) number? Yes
What is X's Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) number?
What is X's work start date?
What is X's work end date?

Has X's employer agreed to certify your financial maintenance?

The information from the last CoS/visa the main applicant had should be used.

For CoS dates, IHS, etc, use three years in the future. There is a similar post: skilled-worker-dependant-visa-extension ... 59237.html
