Hi All,

Can someone please help me with below?

I have hands on experience working with MNC IT Services companies in India and abroad, upto senior level CEO.

I'm planning to apply for UK Global Talent Visa under the endorsement route. Can someone please advise with
the list of documents required?

Who will provide the letters of recommendation? (is this by my current/past employers?)
Any sample letters for reference please?

Which route is this?

There is more than one endorsement route: fast-track, peer review, etc., and more than one endorsing body with specific requirements.
