I recently got UK passport. I have not yet surrendered my old indian passport.

Can i apply for e tourist visa? If i apply to 1 year visa can I enter and exit many times or are there any issues?

When you are surrendering india passport in UK, do you have to upload documents online? It is a bit confusing.

I note you take documents to vfs centre too but what about online

I note you take documents to vfs centre too but what about online - You need to take copy of documents plus original for verification purpose. The process will be done by MEA in India that's why you are uploading documents but the copy of documents is for the reference to High Commission of India outside
