ILR viggente and stuck outside the uk

Hello all!
My Aunt has ILR issued in 2006. She never transfered to BRP or applied for NTL. So she can not link her status to UKVI account and hence can not get share code.
Now she is in Pakistan and Airline wont let her board.

Any advise

When did she leave the UK and why did she not sort out her evisa before she left?

Sh always assumed that she has indefinite leave to remain and she will not have to go through immigration things again in her life, this is what she was told by her husband. It was issued in 2006, and she is old lady not very well aware of emails etc or internet. Her husband died recently. She went to pakistan for quick visit to attend a funeral of close relative. She was away for only 1 month
