Spouse Visa Extension - Address Proof

My wife had initially arrived in the UK on a Spouse Visa in Nov 2023. During the first application we had submitted a IELTS A1 Listening and Speaking test certificate

Her spouse visa renewal is due in 4 weeks time. Whilst making the application for extension, I came to realize that she also had a degree in English from outside UK (which can be accredited by Ecctis).

My Question, since her first application was made with a IELTS A1 Listening and Speaking test certificate , For her visa renewal can we submit the University Degree as a proof of English Language Requirement

Or is it compulsory to submit A2 Listening and Speaking test certificate since her initial application was made with the A1 certificate.

My wife arrived in the UK in Nov 2023 on a spouse Visa and we have been residing at the same address which was used in the first application. I am planning to extend her visa by end of this month. Just needed some clarification on the Address proof required for this.

The GOV.UK website mentions the following as proof of address:

• marriage certificate or civil partnership certificate.
  We have a marriage certificate which was used in the first application. I am planning to use it again. But thats issued from outside the UK

• tenancy agreement, utility bills or Council Tax bills confirming that you live at the same address or pay bills together.
  The tenancy agreement, utility bills , council tax bills are only on my name. I have added her name to the water bill recently but her name will appear only from next month

• a bank statement from a joint bank account, or confirming that you live at the same address.
  We don't have a joint bank account, but individual accounts on the same address. My wife's UK account was created just 6 months back

• a letter from your doctor or dentist confirming that you live at the same address.
  My wife has received multiple NHS appointment letters from the local surgery during the last 2 years and 8 months of stay in the UK

My question is if I use

• Marriage certificate

• Water Utility Bill on my name

• Individual Bank account statements from last 6 months showing address

• NHS Appointment Letters issued on spouse name

Will the above mentioned documents be sufficient or do I need a letter from the local surgery doctor confirming that both of us have been residing at the same address from the last 2 years and 8 months. Any guidance on this will be of great help. Thanks

Found this whilst researching

Items of correspondence should be addressed to you jointly or in both your names. The dates of the items of correspondence should be spread evenly over the whole 2 years. They should be from at least 3 different sources. If you do not have enough items in your joint names, you may also provide items addressed to each of you individually if they show the same address for both of you. For example - 4 items of correspondence in joint names to the same address and 2 items addressed to each partner at the address. In total 8 items would need to be submitted. If you and your partner have no bills or correspondence in joint names to the same address and 2 items addressed to each partner at the address. In total 8 items would need to be submitted. If you and your partner have no bills or correspondence in joint names, you will need to submit 12 items (6 each) of correspondence evidencing that you reside together at the same address.
