Need a help please ILR 2026 application

Hi

I am on global talent route which is eligible for ILR after 3 years of residence.

I have two questions：

1. My brp card issuing date is printed 06 December 2023, while I entered in the uk on 19 December. What date should I follow for the ilr qualifying period?

Will it be 09 November 2026 or 22 November 2026?


2. The 28 days rule apply from the day of submitting online ilr application or biometrics appointment day? Because I heard in 2026, there are longer waiting time for the biometrics

Will i submit my online ILR application exact 28 days before or it can be earlier like 50 days before qualifying period and the biometrics appointment should be within 28 days of qualifying period?
