Naturalisation application

Post by bexgal01 » Tue Jul 21, 2026 10:44 pm

I have just recently been granted ILR and looking to apply for naturalisation soon (ILR granted as a result of spouse who is a BC). However, I have travel plans next month. Can I travel out of the country while I have my naturalisation application with the Home Office? Thanks

Yes you can travel, best to do the biometrics before.
Or apply when you’re back.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.

Thank you for the clarity! It was very much appreciated.
