My Story:
- Applied a visit visa (B-1/B-2) in July 2023 at the US embassy in Dublin
- At the time, wanted to travel to US for meeting my colleagues in my US based company that I recently join.
- I still work at the same company. I collaborate with my US colleagues, but can't go over for few days to work on combined tasks/projects. Something that my Irish colleagues do regularly. I feel left out
- No reason has been given by the embassy for the delay. Every time I ask for an update, the reply is "these things take time, stay put"

Folks, what can be done to get my visa application concluded? This is really frustrating. It has been 3 years and seems like they have forgotten about my application. Would hiring an immigration consultants work? please advise
