I recently submitted my daughter child dependant visa who born in uk on 19/04/2026. I applied her visa on 19/06/2026 (date of application), when submitting I got to know need to show 315£ funds for 28 days in a row prior to date of application. I confused and thought I need to show funds for 28 days in a row before date of biometrics. So I booked the biometrics for my daughter after 28+ days on 20/07/2026. I submitted the funds from 19/06/2026 to 19/07/2026 but I didn’t realise I need to maintain funds from 28 days before date of application. We even submitted her biometrics now we received an email stating no evidence of funds, can you please provide the evidence of funds or mother’s employer to give maintenance letter from the company as she was the skilled worker. We spoken to their company they said they can not do that. And i’m still maintaining the funds. Home office given us 10 days time to respond to that email. Can I do anything by explaining my situation and misunderstanding. Please suggest me a way in which I won’t loose my visa fee.
