SW visa dependents extension

Hi Everyone,

I am applying Skilled worker dependent application for my wife and daughter as I have got ILR.

I have used in country application and used the original, recent COS details which i have used when i am on SW.

However, when I have gone to payment for IHS, it is taking only 517 pounds instead of 1035 x 3 years. I am concerned as it may give only 6 months instead of 3 years.

The work start date and end date I took from last recent COS. Do we need to use ILR issue date as start date and end date as 3 years from now.
Please advise. Thank you
