Job offer when already skilled visa application is approved

I have an approved Skilled worker visa already from a COS from a startup company which i got recently. Now another employer is offering me a better job and I want to pursue that. What to do with my existing Visa application and the COS? should i call the UKVI and ask them to help me withdraw and then only ask my new employer to assign a new cos for me?

You simply apply for a new visa with a new CoS and the current approved one will be cancelled if a new visa is approved. You have to pay all the fees again with a new visa application.

You cannot withdraw a visa that is already approved.

If a visa has already been approved, as you have said it has, then visa fee is not refunded

You may get a partial refund for the Immigration Health Surcharge.

You will not get a refund for your application fees. Application fees are charged for the consideration of the application. They are not refunded if the visa is refused, or given for a shorter period than requested, or as in your case, you decide to switch to another visa or employer.
