Dilemma

Hi All,

New to the board, i have a slight dilemma in applying for immigration to Canada.

My Dad has been offered a job in Dubai but i would rather go stay with my Uncle who has offered me the chance to go live with him in Toronto. The only problem is i have a minor convicition which i got just under a year ago. I've read a few things on the net and by the looks of things i would say i am almost certain read out.

Does anybody know if this is correct or is there anyway around this.

All feedback would be greatly appreciated.
