PassportsRegistering a birth overseas wrote:If your child is born outside the UK you can register the birth with the nearest consulate or with our consular department in London if you’ve returned to the UK. You don’t have to do this, but if you do your child will be given a British style birth certificate and the birth will be registered at the General Registry Office in the UK.
We recommend consular birth registration because it means you’ll be able to get extra copies of the certificate from the General Registry Office in the future.

I have given you the procedure, if you follow the links. Your wife needs a spouse visa. You would most likely have to send the application to the Consulate in Pakistan, so follow the instructions carefully.zakhan wrote:sorry my fault i didn't write clearley.

Well then they are not adults at all! That changes things. They can also apply for a settlement visa (I do not know much about this area, though). I would advise you to do it very quickly, as once a child hits 18 it becomes a very difficult application to make.zakhan wrote:hi sakura, many thanks for your reply. my wife first son is 17, 2nd is 12 and 3 is 10 years age.
That's fraudulent, shame on you for thinking it.zakhan wrote:i'm living in one bedroom flat at the moment. my friend has 4 bed rooms house. he's advised me to make the docs on his. he's got 3 childerns 2 adults & one under 16th. he's advised me if we won't mention 2 adult in the docs. so then can share the room. is it possible?
