Hi all,

I am filling the application form for hsmp extension (NOT COVERED BY JR)

1. on page on page 17 question D4 "enter the reference number for entry clearance " - is this the number starting with UK (on the right top side) or the big number at the bottom of the visa page

2. also , on the application form in previous earnings section, it askes me toenter the dates of earnings. i am showing from 1/1/08 - 31/12/08. but have had 3 jobs during this period. there are 4 columns.

so do i mention as 3 diff dates like

first job 1/1/08 - 2/6/08
second job 3/6/08 - 31/12/08
third job 5/6/08 - 31/12/08 (part time)

(within 12 conceutive months) or do i just put as 1/1/08 to 31/12/08. in one line.

and regarding my question 1, is the HO refereing to the Iniitial visa that u used to come into this country? I mean came in this country as a student visa to the UK. are they refering to that then ? (thats what i was told by ppl in tier 1 general). could some one confirm if it the HSMP visa ref the visa that was used initially to come into this country.

and is this reference number on the top right side (starts with UKxxx) or is this the one on the bottom of the visa page
