made mistake in filling up form

I have made a mistake in filling up tier-1 (general) form for extension. I had taken IELTS test and test centre was middlesex university. In Section-4 (English Language Requirement) / Page-52 / Question-V3 of following form, I filled:

Awarding Body: "Middlesex University"

whereas, I should have filled:

Awarding Body: "University of Cambridge ESOL Examination"

Would my case be rejected?

Have you applied under JR or PBS? If PBS you dont need to go though again to prove your English langauge, so does not matter what you have written. I understand these minor misake does not matter unless you have true IELTS results forwarded.
