Hi
Thanks. Can you please tell me about pay slips and past earnings. Because is it necessary to show past earnings bank statements. Because i have mostly got companies cheques and cash as a salary.

But i have proper payslips stamped by finance manager, TAX papers, and salary certificate.

Its really a important question for me thanks.

Dear... You need to throughly read the Guidance on this board or on the UK BA website..

For Previous earnings.. Please check the Paragraph 80...

"Previous earnings
Further information can be found in 80. Appendix A of the Immigration Rules (table 2 and paragraphs 8 -23)..............."

Also important for you to read the Para - 125 which reads as...

125. two different types of supporting document for each source of earnings claimed. Each piece of supporting evidence must be from a separate source and support all the other evidence so that together they clearly prove the earnings claimed. For example: When providing documents for salaried employment, an applicant should not send payslips together with a letter from the employer, because we consider both of these documents to be from the same source.

Rest you need to do your homework...

Dont hurry and apply.. there are lots of minute things to be taken care and once you read on this forum u will find more info..

Good luck...

Hi
Thanks for reply I have studied alot.
I m little confused. According to Application form

"The applicant should aware at least two types of documentation. and its must be provided in respect of each payment claimed"

Pay slips ---> Dividend Vouchers

Bank Statments ---> Invoices

Letter from applicant ---> Company/ Business accounts

Offical tax document ---> Letter from company account.

Now please tell me i have to choose any of them or chose one from it it like payslips and dividend vouchers or tax doc -- letter from company.

Thanks
Masam

You have to understand that the sources of income should come from 2 different sources...

so Ideally.. everybody suppuly Payslips from employer and bank statements.. covering your earlnings period..

You can get additional Tax docs or Employer letter if there is any clarifications to be cleared ...

so think based on this point... And you shd also wait for more seniors to respond to ur query

Good luck..

Masam

tvn_ramesh is right. You must have two different source of income to prove. 1st may be your employer(Payslips and/or employer letter) and 2nd Bank statements showing net incoming coraborating your payslip/employer letter. If your pay is coming by cash or cheque, get a letter from your employer that your salary has been paid by cash or cheque. Speak to HRMC and ask if they coudl give you inwriting about the tax that has been paid by you and submitted by employer.
Hope this helps.

It should be fine... but again it depends on caseworker. Also get a letter from employer that your salary has been paid by cheque. If possible ask the bank to give you copy of cheques that hav been deposited. Most of the bank do give these copies....
